When: Anytime when a personal computer is used

Who: Anybody, mainly for people that cannot control computer mice completely

Why: To help people use a mouse who have difficulty to control a computer mouse

How: The user controls the device with eyes. CameraMouse responds with eye tracking movement and blinking hard.
